That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in South East Asia, Australia and the USA.

Shipping all across the UK and Europe

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our screens, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. 

We always declare your items as “sample” on the commercial invoice or customs declacation,and we are trying to help you minimize any V.A.T or other taxes, but we cannot guarantee no tax charges as it largely depends on your country’s policy.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by location.

These are our estimates:

  • UK, Europe 7-10 days (standard orders)
  • UK, Europe 14-20 days (custom made orders)
  • Max delivery time – 30 days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time

Tracking Information (only available for 90 days after tracking)

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Lost Packages

IMPORTANT: If you have not received your package within 30 days – please contact the customer support team – https://magneticflyscreen.co.uk/flyscreens-self-installed 

Lost package claims greater than 90 days (after sending) will not be accepted. Courier company’s only keep a record of parcel deliveries for 90 days (thus making any tracking once available for the parcel not accessible any longer)
